We know customer service!
Our journey began over two decades ago. Tommy Evans, Owner of Specialty Sound started an entertainment business during college. As the company grew, our clients began asking us for referrals that could offer them the same “We can do that!” mentality that they experienced for their events. As time passed, Specialty Sound A/V Productions (SSAVPro) was born!
Our desire is simply to offer our clients a great experience from start to finish, with exceptional production value, at a fair price.
Many of our clients are hosting charity events and fundraisers, and are looking to make a positive impression on their patrons, while being good stewards of their financials.
The Numbers Tell it All
One of our first big events was for a student-based charity group, hosting a dinner fundraiser for 900+ guests at Southfork Ranch. We provided a complete turn-key audio, video, and lighting system – including six large format projection screens, audio for the cocktail area / silent auction, concert sound for their feature band (Emerald City), as well as iMag video services and concert lighting. At the end of the night, the moment of truth came. The client told us “You were far more accommodating than the A/V Production Company we hired last year. If we asked for something, the answer was ‘Yes’, and the cost was considerably less”. They’ve been steady clients ever since.
And that’s just one example. For a Texas Rangers Association (law enforcement) Gala at the Gaylord in 2012, we provided photography with on-site keepsake photos of the VIPs and guests, as well as full concert sound, lighting, and video for local artists The Quebe Sisters, as well as national recording artist Neal McCoy. Best of all, we saved them over $10,000 from their next bid.
We believe that you have a right to excellent service at a fair price.
