The Merry Mixer provides a wonderful opportunity for you to market your company to the couples that will be attending the event, and to other industry-related vendors as well.

We offer a variety of programs to fit any budget:

Core Sponsor - helps the Merry Mixer by providing a core service for the event.  Items such as Catering, Audio / Visual, Linens, Decor, Lighting, Bar Staffing, Registration, and Valet are a few of these services.  Core Sponsors receive mention on this website (see the lefthand column), as well as information on the video loop that will play during the social time before and after the presentation, not to mention the ability to place company information in the parting bags that each attendee will take with them.  Core Sponsor positions  are limited and are filling up quickly.

Platinum Sponsor - assists by hosting another service (such as offsetting the cost of valet, etc) or by donating door prize gifts with a total in excess of $500.  (Door prize gifts must be $250 or more in value each).  Platinum Sponsors will receive credit on the Sponsors page of the site, as well as information on the video loop and the option of placing company information in the parting bags.  Platinum Sponsors will also be mentioned during the evening's welcome presentation.

Gold Sponsor - donates door prize items of $250 or more (minimum of $100 value per item), and will receive mention on the video loop that plays during the social time before and after the presentation, as well as at the time of the drawing.

SIlver Sponsor - may donate door prize items totalling $100 or more (minimum of $50 per item), and will receive mention at the time of the door prize drawing.

Note: Door prizes which are discounts or require a purchase will not be allowed.
